General Description: Project Coordinator will serve as the lead on new client projects and internal projects for the PASS team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing new client implementations along with the Client Services Team. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for managing client expectations and training on new services, working with cross-functional teams within the company, ensuring client satisfaction, executing custom projects, and hitting targeted delivery dates. Duties & Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for new implementations within PASS. • Maintain project timelines and ensure delivery dates. • Serve as the project Coordinator for the setup, testing, and launch of the client’s website. • Interface with client vendors to manage data and systems synchronization across multiple systems. • Coordinate appropriate team members and train clients on the proper use of PASS’ software modules appropriate to meet their program goals and objectives. • Serve as the liaison between the customer and the internal technical teams and translate general business requirements into technical specifications. • Document custom technical product requirements originating from clients and test those custom features once deployed by the development team. • Translate client feedback into development items for improving PASS’ software and services. Required Skills and Education: • BA/BS in political science, communications, business, or related field. • 2-5 years of political action committee administration experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with SQL, ACCESS and other database formats a plus). • Professional and interpersonal skills required to develop and foster positive relationships. • Proficiency juggling multiple projects and deadlines. • Technical proficiency in the areas of web based applications. • Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written). • Excellent analytical and organizational skills. • Strong problem solving skills. • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, as well as a part of a team. • Knowledge of internet applications & emerging trends in web software development.
