Why PASS? There are two main reasons why I continue to work at PASS. I think responsibility motivates me the most. Responsibility is very important for all of us. Since I am a member of this company, I should do my job well. That’s my responsibility. Then, loyalty is another factor. I keep telling myself that if I want my job be stable, I need to be loyal to PASS, because when the company develops, I can develop.

My Background Prior to joining PASS he served as a Reports Analyst with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) for over ten years. Ken has also worked with several federal and local government agencies.

About Me B.A. Political Science and Urban Management, Rutgers University M.A. Public Administration, Howard University. Ken is originally from Washington, DC. Ken has been with PASS since 2000.

  • Conduct a compliance review for PAC disbursement checks to ensure compliance
  • Conduct a compliance review for non-PAC disbursement checks
  • Conduct a compliance review for corporate campaign contributions
  • Consult with the PAC on state requirements for making non-federal disbursements
  • Prepare PAC disbursement checks and send as directed
  • Prepare cover letters to go with each disbursement check
  • Reconcile the PAC bank account on a monthly basis
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for the PAC bank account
  • Keep track of all of your compliance report filing requirements
  • Provide you with a monthly schedule of all compliance reports due
  • Prepare the FEC report according to the filing schedule you selected
  • Prepare and file state and local compliance reports
  • Respond to inquiries from campaign finance agencies
  • Prepare thank you letters to PAC members
  • Train new personnel assigned to assist with PAC activities
  • Coordinate affiliated PAC activities
