PASS was started in 1984 by three individuals who saw a need to assist small Government Affairs offices with PAC compliance services as many did not have the internal resources. In 2003 the partners sold the company to the PASS employees and our company is now a 100% Employee-Owned business or ESOP. All PASS employees accrue shares in the business over their tenure giving entire team a stake in the business and a commitment to its success. PASS is not just a campaign finance compliance firm, it is our campaign finance compliance firm and we work as a part of your team to make sure your organization is always compliant and you have the tools you need to run a successful PAC.
